Main St. in downtown Verona.  After kick-starting the room with a few, John welcomes talented MSG tunesmiths Dave Shindele and Stephen Lee Rich, followed by Dane County’s only originals-only open mic — if you wrote it, come and share it!  Unwind from the work week in Tuvalu’s living-room ambiance with your favorite beer, wine or caffeinated concoction.  Suggested donation $5, and a bargain at any price!

Songwriters in the Round – Wed, Oct 26th @ The Brink

By admin

MSG’s July Songwriters in the Round crash-lands in The Brink Lounge on Wednesday, October 26th at 7:00 PM , 701 E. Washington in Madison.

This last SIR of the year features Dave SchindeleJohn Max Jacobs and Stephen Lee Rich.

Dave has been playing piano, singing, and writing poetry for as long as he can remember and loves the power of music, and, even more than a good performance, a song well-written.

John Max Jacobs is a musical chameleon. He’s played and sung in classic rock bands, jazz/lounge duos, a country/oldies band, church choirs, nursing homes and hospitals. Underneath he’s a hopeless romantic and a sucker for pop music and dance rhythms. He writes love songs for the world.

Stephen Lee Rich is a folksinger, stand-up, comic, country singer, songwriter, and master of ceremonies who will contribute his own unique brand of songs and madness to the event.

All that for a paltry $5.00! What’s not to like?
